Dear Customer,

Ten years ago, retail Forex was a burgeoning marketplace. Dealing spreads were wide, profit margins high. Much has changed since then.

While retail Forex continues to grow rapidly, the space is now so crowded and competitive that Forex dealers seem like a virtual commodity, differentiated only by the tightness of their dealing spreads. As industry competition increases, industry profit margins will continue to shrink. The marketplace is ripe for a profitable new product.

Our options solution, ProTrader Plus™, offers a whole new revenue source that promises to increase profits by orders of magnitude. As a business strategy in the maturing retail Forex space, options bring three distinct competitive advantages to Forex dealers:

1) options are dollar-for-dollar, trade-for-trade more profitable than conventional spot dealing,

2) options differentiate a dealer from its competitors, who are offering essentially homogenous retail spot platforms, and

3) options answer growing retail customer demand for new trading strategies.

Because retail option deal flow offers higher profit margins than spot, liquidity providers can offer better volume rebates to their white-label partners (FCMs and their IBs). Naturally, these white-label partners will choose to market the platform that is most profitable to them and that offers their customers the most tools and trading strategies.

Hence, white-label Forex dealers and their IBs have a powerful incentive to re-direct their customer-base deal flow to our ProTrader Plus spot and options platform. This is omnibus deal flow that a liquidity provider would otherwise either not have or would have to compete for aggressively—all without the cost or liability of account acquisition and management.

Every indication suggests that options are about to become the fastest-growing Forex trading product and ultimately generate an outsized share of revenue from trading.

Our system acts as a delivery mechanism for deal flow from retail Forex dealers who want to offer same-account Forex spot and option trading, but need a liquidity provider to do so. The system has three main components:

1) a completely customizable, feature-rich trade-station with extensive charting and analytics,

2) a comprehensive front-to-back office reporting and management system, and

3) a full pricing, risk management, and analysis tools suite for all users from the dealer to the trading customer.

It has dedicated custom user interfaces specifically designed for the liquidity provider, white-label partners, introducing brokers, managed account traders, and retail and institutional traders. ProTrader Plus offers one the most feature-rich dealing and trading environments available, with system breadth and depth few other platforms can match.
